The CQE controls the provision of context information according to the requirements of the Mobile Cloud Controller. A Context-Aware Radio Network Simulator (CORAS) is proposed to model context availability, accuracy, and delay, and enable an evaluation to be made on the impact of context relevance, confidence, and quality on simulation results.
